Policies

Shipping Policy

We strive to ship the next day, but if the order requires a special manufacturing run, we will try to minimize lead time to no more than two weeks.  Orders are packaged in boxes of up to 80 pieces. On orders of 10 tiles or more, shipping costs is free in the continental USA.

Return Policy

At UTA Construction, we will happily accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for up to 30 days from the date of purchase. Fulfillment errors made resulting in the shipment of an incorrect product to the buyer will also be accepted for return up to 30 days from the date of purchase.

Returns for any other reasons will require the buyer to pay for return shipping at their own expense. The returned product must be undamaged and unused. Please note there is a 10% restocking fee.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with all documentation, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Customers returning products with free shipping are responsible for the shipping cost of the return, as well as the actual shipping cost incurred when initially sending the product. (This is with the exception of defective products).

To start a return, you can contact us at utacons@gmail.com For returns based on condition, documentation may be requested. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues


Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
